The service
The site presents information about TRAX Adventure Club — destinations, activities and special events — and lets you submit details for a membership request or a trip signup.
No binding offer
Content is general information and is not a binding offer. Routes, activities, hotels and dates may change due to weather, local regulation or safety. Binding commitments are made only in a signed trip agreement.
Risk and safety
Extreme activities carry inherent risk. Participation requires a health declaration, travel insurance covering adventure sports and compliance with guide instructions. TRAX may end participation on safety grounds.
User conduct
Do not submit false details, disrupt the site, scrape it automatically or attempt to breach our systems.
Intellectual property
All content, images, video, logos and design belong to TRAX or its licensors and are protected by copyright. No copying or commercial use without written permission.
Liability
The site is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, TRAX is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of or reliance on the site.

The site links to third parties (social networks, maps). We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Israeli law; the competent courts of Tel Aviv have exclusive jurisdiction.
